By visiting our site and purchasing from us you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products sold on Overshared. are print on demand items produced and fulfilled by a third party print provider. As a result each item is made specifically for you upon ordering. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor display differences. We do our best to represent all products accurately.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order has been placed and sent to production it cannot be modified or cancelled as items are made to order.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

As all items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect sizing. However if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@overshared.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, phrases, and designs is the intellectual property of Overshared. and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Overshared. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
