At Overshared. every item is made specifically for you upon ordering through our print on demand partner. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted please contact us at oversharedofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the fault is on our end we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to our facility you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to your updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed returns that are not actioned within 30 days will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.

Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing

As every item at Overshared. is made to order specifically for you we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide on each product page before ordering. Size exchanges are offered at our discretion and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Customers

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised items. As all Overshared. products are print on demand and made to order this policy applies to all EU purchases.
