At Overshared. every item is made to order specifically for you. This means there is a production period before your order is shipped. Please read below for full shipping information.
Production Time
All orders go into production within 2-5 business days after purchase. This is in addition to the delivery times listed below. Production time may occasionally be longer during high demand periods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched please allow the following estimated delivery times based on your region:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Total Estimated Wait Time
To calculate your total wait time please add production time to your region's delivery estimate. For example a US customer can expect to receive their order within approximately 9 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Customs and Import Duties
Overshared. ships internationally from our production facilities. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer competitive international shipping rates and occasionally run free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram at @overshared.co to stay updated.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Overshared. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at support@overshared.co. For packages lost in transit all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
